For the second year in a row, we are proud to place TWO Michelin plaques on the walls of Rosselli AX Privilege.

The Grain team has made a remarkable achievement by winning various top awards at the Malta Kulinarja Competition 2023, held at the MFCC in Ta' Qali from the 23rd to the 26th of February.

Rosselli AX Privilege has earned a new Forbes Travel Guide Recommended award and is showcased alongside other honourees for 2022.

Rosselli AX Privilege proudly presented Under Grain Meets Marsovin, an exclusive gourmet event hosted at our very own Michelin-star restaurant Under Grain on the 28th of January 2021.

At this year’s prestigious World Travel Awards, which celebrate the very best of the global hospitality industry, we took home Leading Boutique Hotel in Malta.

Forward Architects, Rosselli - AX Privilege’s very own architects, were one of these fine contenders, winning the award for Hospitality Tourism Accommodation and Leisure for the design of the hotel. The project was awarded for its design excellence, highlighting the creative and sophisticated interior spaces, rehabilitation and reuse of a palatial building in Valletta.

Rosselli - AX Privilege has been awarded and nominated for countless of awards ever since its opening in 2019. This time around, the 2020 Luxury Lifestyle Magazine Readers’ Travel Awards, in partnership with Blue Bay Travel, have recognised our 5-star boutique hotel for its excellence and luxury service and nominated the hotel in the category of ‘Best Hotel in Europe’.

Rosselli – AX Privilege has won two awards from the 2019 International Hotel Awards. Being the first 5-star luxury hotel in Valletta, Malta, Rosselli has received an International Standard of Excellence award and a Golden International Award in the category for Small Luxury Hotels in Malta.

Following its official opening on Thursday, 12th September, 2019, Malta has been buzzing with talk about Valletta’s first 5-star luxury hotel, Rosselli – AX Privilege. The grand opening, which took place outside the hotel on Merchants Street, was a spectacular event; live classical music filled the street, sopranos performed on the traditional balconies of the hotel, and exquisite food and drinks were provided by none other than AX Events outdoor caterers!

On Thursday, 25th July, Rosselli – AX Privilege received a special commendation for interior spaces during the Premju Emanuele Luigi Galizia for Architecture and Civil Engineering. The evening, organised by the Chamber of Architects and Civil Engineers, was dedicated to celebrating outstanding projects carried out by locally warranted architects and civil engineers.

The arrival of Rosselli – AX Privilege’s very first guests, Eamon and Thyra Staunton, marked the start of a new chapter in the hotel’s story. This was a long-awaited moment for the Rosselli – AX Privilege team, who prepared a luxuriously warm welcome for their guests.

Just 48 hours after its official opening, Rosselli has been ranked as one of the top 7 Hotels under 50 rooms and one of the top 4 Best Suites in Europe in the International Hotel and Property Awards.
